Shipping Costs
- No need to worry about extra costs! We cover all shipping costs for all orders. Our products are delivered to your home free of charge, with no minimum order value.
Delivery Time for Your Order
After finding the perfect product on our website, we want you to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time:
- After placing your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it.
- The cut-off time for orders is 4:00 PM GMT
Delivery Times by Country:
- United Kingdom: Delivery within 4-6 business days after processing.
- Australia: Delivery within 4-6 business days after processing.
We work with reliable delivery services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
Tracking Information
- After placing your order, you will receive an email with your personal track & trace code within a few days.
- You can use this code to track your order via our track & trace page.
Damaged Product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Sometimes a product gets damaged during transport. We offer the following solution:
- The first time, we will send a new package, but unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
- If this happens a second time, we will reimburse the full purchase amount.
Lost Package?
- If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will first send a new package.
- If the package is still not received 60 days after shipping, it will be considered lost, and we will issue a refund.
Like many other webshops, we may occasionally experience high demand, which can cause delays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Once you place an order, it is automatically processed in our system. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to cancel the order.
How to Order
Placing an order is very easy:

- Check the product options and click "Proceed to Checkout".
- Enter the correct delivery address and click "Proceed to Shipping".
- Review the delivery address again. We will also confirm that all shipments are free of charge. Click "Proceed to Payment".
